Natural Creamed

Nature's gold at its finest.  This is lightly filtered (just the bees and most of the wax comes out) but after that is straight from the hive.

None of our flavoured honey products are pasteurized and are still filled with all the natural goodness of fresh honey.  But it is not classified as "raw" either because it is properly filtered and we do heat it a little to be able to put it through our pouring equipment.

This year we have poured a limited supply of officially raw honey into 1kg tubs.  The honey will eventually crystalize and is likely to go hard because of that.  You can warm it gently to liquify again, but it behaves differently than our creamed products.
